Office 307 (“we”) handles the personal information entrusted to us according to the policy below.

We also use the analytics tool “Cloudflare Web Analytics” to understand site usage. It does not use cookies and only handles aggregate, non-identifying information (such as page views, referrers, country, and device type). We do not use advertising cookies.

2. Purpose of use

We use the information we collect solely to respond to your inquiry and to make any necessary contact. We do not use it beyond this purpose.

3. Third parties & external services

Except as required by law, we do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent. Note that we use an external email delivery service to receive and reply to inquiries, and Cloudflare’s service for site analytics.

4. Storage and management

We retain the information you entrust to us only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of use, and we strive to prevent leakage, loss, or damage. We appropriately delete information that is no longer needed.

5. Disclosure, correction, deletion

We respond promptly to requests from the individual for disclosure, correction, or deletion of personal information, after confirming the requester’s identity. Please make such requests via the contact page.
